A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

This class is designed to provide you with the optimum in fat burning and strength-building. This ride will simulate varied terrain as you tackle rolling hills, sprints and other drills to give you a great interval workout. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

In our boot camp classes, you can work at your own pace as your instructor takes you through a series of both strength training and cardio full body movements that will have you sweating and your muscles burning. You'll feel strong, powerful, and accomplished leaving this class!
TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.

One of our most popular classes! Taking the traditional TRX movements and adding a little flare of functional life. This program offers mobility, strength, dumbbell weights, cardio, and much more that can be beefed up for the extremely fit or modified for those just starting their fitness journey. This is a versatile class that is constantly varied and crosses many fitness formats.
FIT FOR LIFE

“Fit for Life” is an adaptable program for all ages and levels of fitness. It is a combo program of light weightlifting, pilates, and yoga intended to improve life skills such as balance, over-all body flexibility and strength. An individual’s range of motion and fall prevention are key for a healthy lifestyle. Chairs are available for balance and support if needed. Individual modifications are encouraged when needed. Restorative breathing and relaxation are incorporated into every class.
